Michael and Mary Catherine
We're looking to adopt a baby
We are Michael and Mary! Thank you for taking the time to read our profile and consider us in your adoption plan.
We met the night of Mary's junior prom in 2001 and hit it off. We dated briefly in high school and then went to separate colleges on the east coast. We remained great friends and kept in contact, and after college, we started dating, but this time long-distance. Michael lived and worked on the East Coast while Mary began a new business in Louisiana, and then in 2009, he moved back to Louisiana. We married in November 2010.
We had a fantastic wedding with our family and friends. Throughout our marriage, we have renovated homes, completed many real estate sales, traveled across the country, addressed several health issues, run a small business, and made a few career changes. We are comfortable and happy with how these life challenges have formed us into the couple we are today. The dynamics of our friend's and family's love for each other and faith in God have made everything possible. We have worked remotely from home since 2020 and spend most afternoons with family and friends, playing with our dog, Julep, or being active outdoors. In eleven years of marriage, we have learned to support each other and take life in stride.
